Where Are you located?

I am based out of Vancouver BC, but can be found around British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon and Manitoba Canada primarily.

Why and What’s a hotshot?

  • Firstly why, generally why you would need a hotshot delivery, rushed immediately to you, with no delay, direct to your location / job site asap; is to avoid costly delays and set backs.
  • As for what a hotshot is, a hotshot by definition is like a flatbed expedite driver, mostly one ton or medium duty trucks pulling trailers and hauling time sensitive loads. There are many owner / operator’s with rigs like this running freight that are not hotshot by the true definition as their focus is on hauling and towing near any load possible, whereas I focus on the emergency rush hotshot delivery’s and leave my time open as possible to service the hotshot market of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, NWT, and Manitoba based out of Vancouver BC Canada.


You bet, got lots of it, from a 2011 F350 and Big Tex 25′ gooseneck flat deck trailer on down to professional tarps, 2″ 3,333# WLL straps, Grade 70 chain, corner protection in sufficient quality/quantity for the safe transfer of your cargo. If I don’t have an item already on board, I will obtain it. 

Where do I deliver to?

Generally I am around British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, western Canada for the most part in and around Vancouver the manufacturing areas, oilfields and mining sectors of our provinces of Canada. But on the rare occasion I can be called to the east coast into Ontario.

Are you Insured?

This is a very important question for us both to consider. If you are having your loads sent with a driver, who’s truck is not insured and licensed to the proper gross combined weight rating, and there is an accident, you and the driver are essentially out of insurance on your equipment or cargo.  Be sure not to use a hotshot shipper for a small cost savings that could end up in a large unrecoverable debt. This is why my truck is licensed to its full GCWR of 12,264 kg’s and fully insured to $2,000,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 cargo insurance, which can be raised to accommodate higher priced cargo.

Do you deliver to the United States?

No, I am not permitted to hotshot to the United States. My focus at Western Hotshotting is on western Canada;  I need to be available to my western Canada clients for their hotshot needs in British Columbia and Alberta.
